GBC Bank Breaks Ground on New Noblesville Location
GBC Bank took another step in its continued growth Tuesday, breaking ground on its newest branch at 10689 Marketview Road in Noblesville. Rooted in Hancock County since 1871, GBC Bank continues to build on a strong foundation by expanding its presence and bringing its community-focused approach to more of Central Indiana. Bank leaders, city officials, employees and community members gathered at the site to celebrate the start of construction.
The new location will offer full-service personal and business banking, including mortgage and small business lending, as well as wealth management services. It will be GBC Bank’s second location in Hamilton County and is expected to open in summer of 2027.
“Noblesville is one of Indiana’s fast-growing communities, and the families and businesses who call it home deserve a bank that’s invested right alongside them,” said Mike Graf, President and Chief Executive Officer of GBC Bank. “Today isn’t just about breaking ground on a building. It’s about deepening our roots in a community we believe in and making a long-term commitment to the people who are shaping its future.”
The 2,600-square-foot branch was designed by NewGround and will be constructed by Peterson Construction and Property Services. The location is expected to create approximately five full-time jobs.
GBC Bank will host a grand opening celebration when the branch opens, with additional details to be announced.
Until then, Noblesville-area customers can visit GBC Bank’s Fishers location at 14 Municipal Drive or bank online at gbcbank.com.
