Due to a large volume of fraudulent transactions originating through the state of Georgia, all signature-based transactions (transactions not requiring a PIN) are currently being blocked.
This action has been taken as a layer of protection for our customers. It has also been recommended by our Fraud Center.
This fraudulent activity is not exclusive to Greenfield Banking Company and we apologize for this inconvenience.
Please note: PIN-based, check-by-phone and Bill Pay should not be affected.
Our Fraud Center is working diligently to resolve this issue and we will advise when the block has been lifted.
